Bowl incontinence stinks. As long as my mother was able to walk, these disposable underwear made it possible for me to take care of her in her home. Were there occasional messes anyway? Sure, but not the major hazmat worthy clean-ups needed before we used Depends. The biggest issue for us was not urinary incontinence, so maximum absorbancy was a cost we didn't need. Frequent changing is key.
