I read an article by Andrew Weil on boosting immunity and he listed several key ingredients. Most immune supplements were missing one or two of the ingredients mentioned by Weil. This product has them all and is reasonably priced to boot. I honestly feel better taking this stuff. I feel hardier and am less under the proverbial weather. Highly recommended.
I have been taking this formula for three years and stayed well. Previously I had the flu every year and was very sick for at least a month. After chemo for breast cancer nine years ago my immune system was very weak. System Well brought it back to better than ever. I take one or two a day for maintenance. If I think I might be getting sick I take three tablets three or four times a day. This has worked well for me.
I actually bought this product on accident once and took it just because I was too lazy to take it back. I have not been able to live without it since. I take it everyday and when everyone around me is sick I double up the dose to 3 tablets 2 times a day. If I do get a little sick I take 4 tablets 2 times a day and I my sickness never reaches the point of feeling horrible. My symptoms are always mild and go away much faster. However, with these vitamins I rarely get sick!
