I wasn't sure how to rate this. I've tried many chamomile teas over the years and this is the best I've found. The flavor is mild and quite pleasant, which isn't always the case with other brands. However, I have some very severe sensitivities and can't tolerate teas anymore, so I had to give this away. I really had high hopes that this one would work for me, but sadly it didn't. I'll definitely be ordering more of this tea. I have used four of the six boxes already because my fiancé and I and some of our friends like it so much. It's a lighter more refreshing black tea taste. I have actually started drinking a cool glass of this tea in place of my coffee, which is a damn miracle.
