When I got this I thought the dimmer slide would be too small but it has actually worked out well. It looks at first glance like a standard toggle light switch. The dimmer slide is not very noticable. Its not difficult to change the light intensity when needed and after that just toggle the light on or off. Good for the price, easy to install. Three issues you should know before buying: Unlike other dimmers by this company, I cannot dim the lights way way down to nearly off, which I like for night light use. Second: the switch, the part you actually touch to turn the light on and off, is narrower than you are used to, because the small slider is next to the switch and both must fit through the rectangle in the strike plate.
