This a great quality bag, as is any other Kenneth Cole bag I've ever had. The construction is sturdy and will last a long time. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because my 17.3" Dell laptop didn't fit in it which was my initial reason for making the purchase of this item. So if you have a laptop smaller than 17 inches, I highly recommend and suggest this item. BUT if your laptop is 17 inches or larger it's not going to fit in this bag properly.
