I bought the Channel Master 3010 antenna with this amplifier to receive digital broadcasts with my TiVoHD and so far it is working great! I mounted the antenna outside on top of my old satellite dish (which I'm not using anymore) with a Winegard DS-1111. Antennaweb.org even says I am around 36-39 miles away from most of the transmitters and I still get a solid signal. I will be posting photos soon.
I already wrote a review on the 3010, but I required the pre-amp due to distance. At 30.1 miles it works great and I have no signal interuption due to trees.
