I can't believe no one has reviewed this video yet. I love Richard Simmons and I love this video. It's so much fun. It's approx. 25 minutes of toning with resistance cords. I use free weights instead. All the music is from broadway shows, which makes the video even more enjoyable. It's like Richard and Friends are puttting on a little production. I own several of Richards videos and I love them all. But, I find myself reaching for this one a lot. One of my favs.
For this tape, be sure to also purchase the Richard Simmons Chest/Arm Tone & Stretcher, as it is necessary to use with this tape. It's a twenty minute workout that really tones and uses your muscles. It includes the Broadway songs, "Dreamgirls", "All That Jazz", "Luck Be A Lady Tonight", "Cabaret", and "Don't Cry For Me Argentina". I like this tape and some of his older tapes; I did not care for the Sweatin To The Oldies series. These are more regular exercises, and although, Richard is still fun and ent..
I do this workout alternately with Richard's Broadway Sweat aerobic workout. I love the music, and the routines are great. There was no pre-workout instruction on the Sweat tape. In this one, he does give some instruction on the setup and use of the firming cords and on the routines....but that instruction comes after the workout, which doesn't help the first-timer much.
