I picked up this CD because I know and enjoyed Aaron Goldberg's two prior releases, "Worlds" and "Home." I've also seen him in concert a few times. He's a very thoughtful pianist; everything is carefully arranged and assembled, and yet it all swings very nicely. I think Bienestan is even better than Worlds and Home. It's a bit more complicated and varied, and Goldberg is a bit more experimental, all with excellent success. I was particularly blown away by the ..
