This really helps with carpal tunnel and wrist pain.The finish is terrible. It gets soft just from your hand oils and starts rubbing off after a year or so. I saw another review that said that alcohol would dissolve the finish, so after it started coming off, I used some alcohol on purpose to remove all the loose finish.
