While the insoles were comfortable, I found the results completely unacceptable. After wearing these in my shoes for only 2 hours they dyed my socks black. I'm sure it will come out in the wash, but this is not something I need to deal with on a daily basis. The black (I presume carbon) came straight up through the cloth top of the insole and left the entire sock bottom badly discolored.
