Just received Core's CHARGE IT charger today(Wed. 12-21-11), plug the CHARGE IT in and hook the positive clamp to the positive terminal of the discharged battery, and the negative clamp to the negative terminal... within 2-3 seconds heard a "Puff" sound and saw a puff of smoke emitting from the three small circular air vents of the CHARGE IT charger.
