I'm really not understanding the negative reviews for this product...this is revolutionary! I made roasted red & yellow pepper soup in 45 minutes and it was absolutely perfect - restaurant quality. My secret?? I read the instruction manual. And I followed the recipe. My plan is to use recipes in the book they provide for the first several uses until I've truly got the hang of when to stir vs. when to blend & how/when/why the heat element stops.My soup did not merely 'simmer',..
