These clips are of good quality; however, the size was not right for my project. For future buyers, the measurement across is the published 2&5/8 inches and the measurement from top to bottom is 2&1/4 inches. For my purposes, the latter measurement didn't work out. I initially ordered a smaller #2 size bulldog clips but they were much smaller than I wanted. I bought these to hold the fleece in my two 3x3 CC cages for my guinea pigs up and secure. I was previously using binder clips but they didn't hold half as well and the pig's were always chewing on them even though I tried to move them and cover them.
