product is not only out of square by 1/16"-1/8", the texture is off by as much if not worse. product packaging says to install with all arrows on the bottom adhesive sheeting to be pointing same direction. that's wonderful if the light/dark texture wasn't the opposite in some pieces. if you are to lay this and make it look right, you'll have to cut almost every single piece to make it custom fit each other. the time and effort required to do that on a room ..
