Purely ocean sounds (no music), this cd calms me enough to focus on projects when my brain and body insists on flitting from one thing to another. I own several Jeffrey D. Thompson CDs, and this is one of my favorites.
I absolutely love this CD. I listen to it every night when going to bed. It completely knocks me out. My husband who dislikes listening to music as we sleep LOVES this CD. Recently I went away on a 2 week trip and took the CD with me. He missed listening to the nightly sound of the ocean, this says alot! I highly recommend it.Remember, You have to like the sound of the ocean to like this.
