Kilz is an interior oil-based primer sealer for drywall, plaster, masonry surfaces, stained areas, woodwork, and painted metal. Kilz blocks out most stains including water, smoke, redwood, ink, pencil, and grease stains. Coverage will vary with porosity. Approximate coverage will be 300 sq. ft. per gallon over porous masonry surfaces and 400 sq. ft. per gallon over smooth nonporous surfaces. Kilz dries in 30 minutes and can be recoated in 1 hour.
