I do a lot of sewing and ironing men's shirts. This iron is great for both. It is a little heavier than the plastic irons, and much more sturdy. It is very simple and easy to use. This is the iron your Momma had in the 50's! It is awesome!
I want you to know I saved all the ironing this week for the arrival of this iron. This is one of the most inexpensive irons offered here at Amazon. It's also better than the others.
