We bought this game for our kids for Christmas and I am the one playing it. The kids play too, but i am hooked on it already. There is no dancing like dance dance revolution or anything like that, but it's still fun. You use your arms mostly and follow the arrows. there are some little dances you do, but nothing big and nothing that is going to teach anyone to dance or get exercise from.
