I love the look but am very disappointed by the quality of this product. I purchased 2 of the same keyed handles and a deadbolt, took them to a reputable locksmith to have them rekeyed (so they all use the same key - as the product description said I could do) and the two handles seem so flimsy and jiggle so much I feel they're going to fall off if I pull too hard on the handle.The look of the handles are great and they installed easily (hence the 2 stars). But now..
Same comments as other customers ... The handle is a little loose
Update: After a few months I was unable to open the door with the key. The key would not turn anymore ! Very annoying when all the other doors are locked ...
I bought 40 of these for our home we just built. They looked nice going on. Within a week, we had to go back and start tightening them back up. Out of the original 40, roughly 10 of them continuously become loose. another 5 continually have the handles drop. Again, they look nice but they are not made well. The internal workings are cheap. I can't imagine the problems we're going to have in 5, 10 years.
