Really disappointed by this thermos. I bought the same model about 2 or 3 years ago and it would keep drinks warm for 8 hours and was amazing, this new version loses heat right away! The plastic lid is a much more lightweight material and has a sharp drinking spout that scratches your lips on every sip.
