I bought this case for my Charge Ti. Similar to the previous reviews, the snap is a bit tight at first. However the real problem is that the top flap does not secure the tool. I believe the flap was designed to allow you to holster your tool while it's open in the pliers position, however the result is that the flap is too narrow to secure the tool in the closed position. I upgraded from the nylon to the leather sheath because I wanted the durability of leather and the beefy metal snap. I was concerned to find that the side panels are elastic material, not leather, just like the nylon case. I fear that the long term durability of the elastic will not be as good as leather.
