Definitely not real chapstick. I've been using the real thing for many years and this is definitely a different consistency, texture, and taste. It crumbles and breaks much more easily than the real thing. I'm guessing they're trying to get around this fact by advertising this as a chapstick "refill replica," but quite frankly I don't see how their nearly-identical labeling complies with advertising and trademark laws.
