This phone is totally unsatisfactory. After assemblying its cords and checking if I had a dial tone, I picked it up by the cradle to place it on a table and the entire phone fell apart. The inside plastic mechanism broke and the spring became detached and could not be reattached. There were other miscellaneous parts that were broken in the bottom of the phone. It is very poorly constructed.
i HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR 2 WEEKS AND IT NO LONGER WORKS, I CANNOT HEAR THE OTHER PERSON ON THE OTHER END AND THEY CANNOT HEAR ME. REDIAL DOESNOT WORK. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY AN A T &T PHONE INSTEAD OF THIS ONE. AT LEAST THE A T & T WILL WORK AND YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT.THIS PHONE IS A DUD.Thank you,Dissatisfied.
