Despite the bad reviews saying the software was buggy, I thought that I would be fine. I thought that because I have been a quicken user for over a decade and am extremely tech savvy, that I could work through any problems. I also thought that this was an incremental upgrade that probably would work at least as well as other R1 releases from years prior.
