These are great faucets. Heavy duty feel to them. Had no issues with packaging like other reviewer. All came carefully wrapped in Manufacturer's packaging. Installation wasn't easy, but not any harder than any other faucet like this. Valves have a great smooth feel to them when opened and closed. They look incredible against granite vanity tops. They are not cheap but they seem to be well made and worth the price. Suggest you also buy the matching..
