I bought this for work so that one of my seasoned account reps could train a new hire. We've had one in our office that finally stopped working; it's been with the department for over 17 years. That's a long time for a product to last. So when I ordered this one, the same exact one that we are replacing, I knew I was it was going to be another 17 years before it will need to be replaced. The sad part...I still maybe with the same company 17 years ..
