This device doesn't seem very durable but is a better item to purchase compared to the club that latches onto your steering wheel since most criminals just saw through it. I use both though. The downside is that this device does not fit around the brake pedal arm (not wide enough) so the clutch was the only alternative which is OK but not ideal. One advantage of brake pedal lock over steering lock is the car is simply unmovable! This little brake lock does its work very fine (Its Club!). Its easy to use- just pull the latch and brake pedal is unmovable.Two issues:1. Its bit difficult to insert the lock. You need to really practise it to find out perfect position to install. Unfortunately for me, buying this club was due to the event of my car recently being stolen; a lesson learned the hard way.
