Vtech - Tote & Go Laptop with Web Connect - Pink - 2011 Version (Toy)

This is my second purchase of this toy. The first laptop had an issue with the mouse - though that was likely due to my child being younger at the time and he would constantly drop the laptop before we could catch it. I bought another because he liked it so much. There is a story feature which he would listen to again and again. I bought the pink one because it was cheaper than the orange one and he doesn't care what color it is.Downloadable content: I thought that I would be able to download 13 stories at a time, and he could go through and choose what story he wanted to see/hear, but in reality, you can only download one story at a time (which you can personalize with your child's name) . I figured I would change it out every week or every couple of weeks (hasn't happened yet though). With the music party, you can download 10 songs at a time, and choose whichever ones you want. My daughter loves this and carries it every way with her. the concept of a laptop with a mouse has really excited her. Now she has her own laptop and it is not only stylish with the pink tones but it is very educational. Not only is she learning how to use the mouse but she is learning words and numbers and playing games. Very pleased with this product and she can do her own thing on the internet. Totally Cool. Only draw back is we need to have colour and a bigger screen for these educational electronic toys. Black and gray screen is way too archaic for the 21st century. But it's a cool toy, worth the buy.
