My main objection is not having software already installed on the laptop such as Windows Microsoft Word so you can start working right away. Most of the software that came with PCs and laptops in the past is missing. Also getting use to Windows 10 with the file name changes was a learning experience to begin with. Once you figure out where things are, the new format will work. Very slim laptop and nice screen and keyboard. Can use a mouse instead of the pad but that's just a personal preference. It has a CD player and plugins for extra hardware. With the large hard drive and RAM, it will have plenty of memory and speed for my use. This laptop has a plugin for connecting to older projectors saving the need to buy an adaptor.
