Regurgitalites, or sometimes Regurgitaliths, Bulletin of Zoological Nomenclature Volume 60, Part 2, 30 June 2003 Bulletin of Zoological Nomenclature Volume 61, Part 1, 31 March 2004 are the remains of stomach contents that have been regurgitated by an animal, such as an owl pellet. They are bromalite and can be subdivided into ichnotaxon. Regurgitaliths might provide useful information on the diet of the animal, but are difficult to relate to any particular species.
