I've consistently used this brand as an additional ingredient (along with ground flax seed) to my oatmeal cookies to make them "nursing" friendly. The combo of oatmeal, brewers yeast and ground flax create a dynamic fusion of milk increasing ingredients for nursing mom's looking to bolster their supply. I love this product! I received the two jars yesterday, I couldn't wait and made some lactation cookies. I purchased this product after reading several reviews of many products and decided to try Twinlab's brewers yeast because of the lack of bitterness. I used a good amount (4-5 tbs) for the batch and ate some raw dough as well. I really liked it! It tasted good to me and not bitter at all. We first went to whole foods but they wanted $20 a jar and for a smaller amount. This was great and eligible for prime! Worked great in the lacation cookies we made...no strong yeast taste. My supply went up and I even got leaky!!!
