I've tried about 75% of the flavors that they put out over the last three years. Given that they're all basically identical in nutrition, this review is about flavors. Highly subjective, admittedly, but it might help you choose. It's worth noting that I mix all of these with water and water alone. I agree with the other reviews that Muscle Milk does contain more sugar and fat than most other protein supplements, but you're talking about 6 grams of fat per serving, and just two grams of sugar. Not that much. If you're on a super strict diet, then fair enough but if you're using this as a meal replacement or a post-workout recovery drink I think it fits the bill perfectly. I also like how it has glutamine already in the mix, not very much so I still supplement..
