gIDE Dental Education: 242-00 Integrated Rehabilitation Using Adjacent Implants in the Esthetic Region
'Implant DentistryThis clinical case presentation depicts a comprehensive resolution of a complex clinical condition in which periodontic, prosthesis, and implant concepts are utilized. In this scenario, both upper central incisors are extracted and replaced with immediate implants followed by immediate temporization using the patientâ€TMs own natural crowns, in combination with ATR (aesthetic tissue reconstruction). Moreover, gingival recession therapy is used in the adjacent teeth, bilaterally, to improve the overall aesthetics. After tissue maturation: hybrid screw-retained restorations are delivered on the centrals; veneers are delivered on the laterals to further improve aesthetics; and palatine fragments in the cuspids for proper canine guidance.gIDE Dental Membership gives full access to over 400 Lectures and Clinical videosThe following major universities are using gIDE''s library in their educational programs:NYU, USC, University of Michigan, Columbia University, University of North Carolina, Kings College London, University of Sydney, University of Melbourne, Tel Aviv University, Mahidol University Bangkok, University of Toronto, Karolinska Institut'
