Great card if you only need low level RAID.I am using it for 2 120gb OCZ Summit SSD drives in RAID 0,so far i have had a great experience with no issues to report, running Windows 7 RC candidate 7100, windows 7 did not even require drivers it instantly recognized the array.Do yourself a favor and update the BIOS of the controller immediately, cause if not you will guaranteed run into issues. Warning, this card won't work with a UEFI motherboard. I found this out the hard way when I tried to install it in a new HP computer. I flashed the 2405 BIOS to the latest version on Adaptec's site before attempting a clean install of Windows 7. It installed - with difficulty - but would not reboot after the completed installation. This happened twice, the second time after disabling UEFI in the computer BIOS as suggested by Adaptec's web site. Very few of Adaptec's current RAID cards are actually UEFI..
