This aluminum serveware is not dishwasher-safe but cleans easily with mild soap and water. Lining the tray with glass or spraying it with vegetable oil just before serving will protect the polished finish from dulling or discoloration that can occur when serving highly acidic or salty foods. I was so happy with the ease of placing my order and what I received, I ordered 4 more Arthur Court pieces and was equally as happy with them.
We received this years ago as a wedding present and it still is wonderful. These pieces work very well for entertaining and hold up to heavy use. All our pieces from the collection look just as nice as day one nearly ten years later. Hand wash only and I recommend drying immediately, so no water spots form.
