I bought two of these for 110V only cordless telephones I was taking to Peru. I have not been able to find the type of phone I want in Peru, but I had a spare set in the USA. It is identical to the lower cost Seven Stars SS212 (that I bought here), very bad transformer, it can not withstand a load of 50 Watts as described. I use it for an aquarium heater that is 25 Watts only and its temperature increased from ambient to 250 F in few minutes. Be Careful.
