Great inverter. Makes long car trips much more enjoyable. Fan is a little noisy, but by no means oppressively loud or distracting. Tripp Lite brand is very, very solid. Dual electrical ports are handy. Dual USB ports are useful, but three would be ideal, and two 2.4 amp USB ports would be much more useful than one 1.0 and one 2.4. This appears to be a simple plug-n-play product and for the most part it is just that. It reliably converts 12 Volts to 120 Volts with a reasonably equivalent sine wave. There have been a lot of words written about pseudo-sine wave converters so if you are in doubt please do a web search on that topic.
