These do have good color with high coverage and a nice smooth application feel. But, we found we were breaking them more than the standard crayons and had to learn to reduce the amount of pressure that could be applied. The packaging is also very flimsy and will not hold broken crayons (due to the hole in the front) and will also drop them from the bottom.
