This album has always had a special place in my heart. The first 3:30 of this album comes close to being the purest outpouring of spontaneous composition on record. A friend actually transcribed it! Hats off because it's harmonically deep, as opposed to Jarrett's modal trance playing or his "out" stuff. Since I already have this album on cassette tape, I thought I'd spring for a vinyl set on the Amazon used marketplace. Well, you get what you pay for. In this case a cover/shallow box which has seen better days. Yet it is still together. There are no liner notes of any kind, either on the jacket/box or inside.
