I used a Channellock 909 for many years until one day I decided to try these comparable Kleins. I have to say I like the crimping die on the Kleins better because I get a better looking crimp on the butt connectors using the Kleins. The Channellock 909 has an extra ridge in its crimping die, so ultimately it seems to bend the butt connector the harder I squeeze. I get more control using the Kleins and better looking crimps because the Kleins don't have this extra ridge. Howeve..
