The Tritronics collars themselves are great-- rugged, reliable and easy to use. The same cannot be said, however, of the G3 charging cradle into which you snap the collars to keep them charged. This works great for charging both the dog collars at the same time. I read reviews that complained about the plastic breaking but I have been using these daily for almost 2 years and haven't had any problems at all... And that includes both the teenagers clipping and unclipping them. I think it takes just a second to think about how the collar is held to understand how best to release it without putting stress on the plastic...
