Angela Griffin shows how she danced away an amazing two stone. Shot in a pop video style, Angela and trainer Niki Wibrow shake their booties surrounded by a 20 foot high wall of syncopated lights. There are five different dance workouts - hip hop, salsa, R 'n' B, pop and disco - all backed by real chart music.
