We ordered this unit back in January. It came with missing pieces. We had to call the company TWICE to get them to mail us the bladder. Each time they responded with attitude, and FINALLY weeks and weeks later, it arrived. Had to get the plumber to come back out to our house, yes additional cost. So far the product is working, water tastes good, and I hope it stays that way. I wish they had intelligent customer service minded folks working there. If it breaks, I'm sure they will just fold up shop and stop answering the phones rather than try to help me fix it. Buy at your own risk.
