Like another recent reviewer, these bottles of water all have a very strong plastic odor which also affects the taste. This is the worst FIJI branded water I've every purchased. It is still drinkable but it tastes no better than other much cheaper water options. I will not buy these bottles of water again although unfortunately I had ordered two 12 packs of the 33 ounce bottles so I've still got plenty of them left (the issue was prevalent in at least the last four bottles opened and I confirmed with the coworker that the smell released when opening the bottle wasn't my imagination).

Update: I should note that leaving off the bottle cap for several minutes causes the smell to dissipate and thus the water to taste more like what was expected. I just can't keep the cap on all the time when I don't need a drink which is annoying. But at least it is a manageable workaround to avoid the worst aspects of this issue.

Best water you can buy. I've tried so many different types of bottled water and Fiji is the best. The water literally taste like nothing, which is great and how water should be.Most other bottled water has a distinct taste. Fiji has no taste at all, I love it.I don't mind paying a premium for Fiji water, since I don't drink soda, coffee, etc. It's not even that expensive when you compare it to price of other drinks. You can also save up to 15% if you buy a subscription on Subscribe and Save.Update: I've seen the price fluctuate on Amazon, sometimes it's cheaper to buy in stores. The price has also increased a my local Walmart. It use to be $1.98 per 1.5L (50.7 oz) bottle, now it's $2.38.$2.38 x 12 = 28.56 9% Tax = $31.13I usually still buy from amazon if it's a couple dollars more, just for convenience. But you're over paying if the price more than $31.13 for the 1.5L (50.7 oz). if (typeof amznJQ != "undefined") { amznJQ.onReady('jQuery', function() { amznJQ.available('popover', function() { var widgetDom = jQuery("#R2GTKEFUNH962J_imageSection_C9EC9EC4-BEA8-11E6-9C3A-6A852E988610"); var images = widgetDom.find(".review-image-thumbnail"); for (var c=0;c

I have been called a water snob by a couple of people including my husband. And I refuse to drink water out of faucet (I call it "peasant water") Fiji has been my personal favorite water for years! The taste, the packaging it has it all! Today I did a PH test on 3 waters, OZARKA, FIJI & Essentia. The Fiji was the winner with the besg PH. I was shocked to see that Essentia that advertised a PH of 9.5 was only at 5 (which is pretty acidic) comparing to Fiji which is at 7. I'll stick with my favorite especially since now I have the proof! :) if (typeof amznJQ != "undefined") { amznJQ.onReady('jQuery', function() { amznJQ.available('popover', function() { var widgetDom = jQuery("#R3HU2H3W7GC5AT_imageSection_C9ED6FFC-BEA8-11E6-9C3A-6A852E988610"); var images = widgetDom.find(".review-image-thumbnail"); for (var c=0;c
