I purchased this for my niece's son. I thought the costume would be a hoot and a half. It certainly was just that.It is really well made. It isn't made like a costume. It is nice enough to wear as an outfit. ThIs is a great costume for children. I have found that it is sometimes really hard to find something well made for children bUT this is really nice. This is a really nice light weight comfortable Bruce Lee suit for children. My son was so comfortable when he was wearing this. It has snaps between the legs for eas on and off and diaper changes. It's cool and comfortable and he enjoyed playing in his outfit for a long time.This is a great place to get your costumes from.    The 28.7" is actually size 6-12 months. It's super cute. And almost all cotton and 5% spandex. I haven't washed it or tried it on my baby. He is 6 months old now. But wears 12-18 month clothes. So I'll probably have to order the next size up for Halloween. I wanted to post right away about the size because there is no other information about the sizing, and no other review about the size. It actually says 6/12 months in the label. I don't know where the 28.7" even came from. It also says 73/48 on the label under the English one. I hope this helps someone.
