I love this thing! It has a nice capacity and heats up quickly. I made a bunch of Thai eggrolls by loading the basket with maybe 10-12 at a time, depending on size. Customer Video Review Length:: 1:57 Mins The reason I am giving this fryer four stars instead of five is due to the almost non-existent instructions. A booklet is included, which starts with 41 itemized things you are NOT suppose to do with this fryer at risk of causing serious injury. It was like T-Fal was trying to talk me out of actually using their product. I looked online for further instructions and didn't find any for this particular model.However, using the common sense God gave me, I did manage to fry some yummy home-breaded chicken strips and some fries. Both the chicken and the fries came out well, crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. The food was not greasy at all. Yay.It did take almost a full gallon of oil to reach the maximum line, so be prepared for that. I had to go out a purchase more oil before I could use it.
