Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?) For 15 dollars or so this is a very useful little beard trimmer. It only comes with 3 length adjustment combs so you don't get a ton of beard length options but these are fine for 95% of men. Considering the razor only runs on a single AA battery it has a surprisingly powerful motor. I didn't have much trouble trimming my beard from nearly a month of growth (about 3/4") down to about 1/4" length using the middle size comb. Of course it took a number of passes to get all the whiskers a uniform length, but that's typical for every trimmer made - especially when you start out so long.Using just the bare trimmer head it does a reasonable job cutting in and making the edges straight and even. The head is compact enough that shaping my beard is pretty effective.The bare trimmer tines are medium fineness meaning they aren't super close together, or very coarsely spaced, either.
