"Panasonic EW-DS90-K, The Panasonic EW-DS90 is a battery operated portable compact toothbrush for adults
I've never had an electric toothbrush so was excited to get this one. At first glance, it looks like an oversized pink tube of mascara. However when opened the brush head is really tiny, just like a child's toothbrush, so I came back to Amazon to be sure this was supposed to be an adult's brush, and it was. Being adventurous I gave it a try, expecting some movement, but as another reviewer stated, it just buzzes while you move it around your teeth. I also didn't like the concave shape of the bristles. I would not recommend this at the price it's offered at. The best part is the case, it's cute and purse size.

I use a Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush on a daily basis, but wanted something more portable for travel. I had hoped this battery-powered toothbrush would be a good stand-in, but it is no better than manual brushing. What a disappointment. I wish I could have read the Panasonic operating instructions before actually getting it. Step five says it all, "Brush by moving the toothbrush in the same way as when you brush by hand." The real test is putting a dab of toothpaste on the brush and turning it on...outside your mouth. Users will not see any toothpaste or toothbrush motion--just a buzzy sound. Now try that with any Philips electric toothbrush--active bristle motion and toothpaste flying in all directions.I'm confident Philips electric toothbrushes help with good oral hygiene. My mouth feels clean after each use and dental check-ups have never been better. You can get that same clean feeling with this Panasonic electric toothbrush too, but only if...

The Panasonic EW-DS90 is a rather underwhelming toothbruth that gets the job done, but not with all the bells and whistles you'd expect a device of its price range to entail. The toothbrush itself is lightweight and housed in an unremarkable black tube. The top slides off revealing the main assembly; a small vibrating nub onto which hollow brush heads can be swapped onto. It only came with one though. As far as the actual usability of the product, the brush is relatively short and not terribly easy to get into the mouth. Vibration doesn't seem to transfer that well to the tip of the brush like in some other vibrating brushes, and really just shakes the base around a bit. It becomes apparent rather quickly that this toothbrush is barely better than a manual toothbrush (it's recommended that you use it in the same manner) and I can't really recommend it at this price.
