Works very well. I watched a couple of videos on assembly and it looked like it was best to press the tool together several times when terminating the wires to the connectors. Well, I would say that is bad advice. I tried that method several times, and kept having bad wires. I then tried just pressing the handles of the tool together one time, and had no further problems or issues with use of this tool and all terminated connections worked perfectly.
