I have been making strides towards a more ecofriendly lifestyle for a while and have really been wanting to try castile soap. I have heard that it can wash anything that needs a mild touch and, being made from oils, won't dry your skin out. Well, I finally took the plunge and ordered some from Amazon. It arrived yesterday and I immediately took a shower with it. I was impressed beyond what I thought I'd be.First off, let me start by saying I have hard water. I began my shower by putting my usual squirt on a washcloth, thinking it would probably require even more than chemically-based soaps and I would come back for more. Well, that was my first mistake.
